Once the transaction has taken place refunds are given at the discretion of charity management.

In the event of wrong information being entered in the application please Contact Us and we will make the necessary amendments to our records.

Online Shop.

Refunds are given at the discretion of charity management providing the items are returned to us in a resalable condition and in the original packaging within 7 days.

We can supply you with a replacement item on return of the original, if any damage has occurred whist the item was delivered.

Refunds on postage and packaging costs are given at the discretion of charity management.
